Easter Chia Seed Bowl
¼ Cup Chia Seeds
1 cup Coconut Milk
1/8 tsp. Blue Spirulina
1 tbsp. Maple Syrup or ¼ tsp. Stevia Powder or 1 tbsp. Coconut Sugar.
1 pot of Vanilla Coconut Yogurt.
6 dried Apricots sliced in half
½ Banana Sliced
1 Kiwi chopped
1 Orange
Natural Rainbow Sprinkles
Directions:
- Place the Chia Seeds in a glass bowl and add the milk. Place in the fridge and soak for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Place the Chia Seeds in a glass bowl and add the milk. Place in the fridge and soak for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Now add your desired sweetener
- Pace your chia seed mixture into your chosen desert bowl.
- Chop your apricots into small pieces and place around the edge of your chia seed filled bowl.
- Place your sliced banana in the center of bowl.
- Now add your vanilla yogurt on the top of the bananas and apricots.
- Now chop up your kiwi into small pieces and place down the center of the bowl.
- Then slice your dried Apricots in half and place them with the round side facing upwards along the edge of both sides of the kiwi.
- Take your rainbow sprinkles and sprinkle them over the yogurt that is showing.
- Place 3 small baby peach roses in the middle of the kiwi that is showing
- A beautiful Happy Easter Chia Seed Bowl.
