Easter Chia Seed Bowl

¼ Cup Chia Seeds

1 cup Coconut Milk

1/8 tsp. Blue Spirulina

1 tbsp. Maple Syrup or ¼ tsp. Stevia Powder or 1 tbsp. Coconut Sugar.

1 pot of Vanilla Coconut Yogurt.

6 dried Apricots sliced in half

½ Banana Sliced

1 Kiwi chopped

1 Orange

Natural Rainbow Sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Place the Chia Seeds in a glass bowl and add the milk. Place in the fridge and soak for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Place the Chia Seeds in a glass bowl and add the milk. Place in the fridge and soak for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Now add your desired sweetener
  4. Pace your chia seed mixture into your chosen desert bowl.
  5. Chop your apricots into small pieces and place around the edge of your chia seed filled bowl.
  6. Place your sliced banana in the center of bowl.
  7. Now add your vanilla yogurt on the top of the bananas and apricots.
  8. Now chop up your kiwi into small pieces and place down the center of the bowl.
  9. Then slice your dried Apricots in half and place them with the round side facing upwards along the edge of both sides of the kiwi.
  10. Take your rainbow sprinkles and sprinkle them over the yogurt that is showing.
  11. Place 3 small baby peach roses in the middle of the kiwi that is showing
