1 pot of Plain Coconut Yogurt

10  Dried Apricots

1 tbsp. Powdered Sugar

Directions:

  1. Place the Chia Seeds in a glass bowl and add the milk. Place in the fridge and soak for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Place the Chia Seeds in a glass bowl and add the milk. Place in the fridge and soak for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Now add your desired sweetener
  4. Pace your chia seed mixture into your chosen desert bowl.
  5. Now take your sliced kiwi and slice it in halves. Place the slices around the side of the bowl.
  6. If you have some left over chia seed add some yogurt to get a much paler color, you will see some of the dark chia seed specs making this, a really pretty touch.
  7. Pour this mixture onto of the darker chia seed and cover the kiwi on the sides of the bowl.
  8. Decorate the top by going around the edge of your bowland placing the chopped dried apricots around the edge. Sprinkle a little powdered sugar over the apricots and decorate with 3 small orchid flowers on one side. This adds a little magic to the bowl.
