Yummy Healing Dip

15 medium to large cloves of fresh Garlic

2 bunches of fresh organic Cilantro

½ Cup of Organic, first cold pressed Olive Oil

½ Cup freshly squeezed Lime Juice

Directions:

  1. Place all these ingredients in a food processor and mix them all together well, this may take about 1 to 2 minutes; this allows all the ingredients to mix really well together.

  2. You now will have a wonderful and very garlicky smelling spread.

  3. You can use this in many dishes you may cook, and it is a great marinade for meats or fish, You can even use it as a bass for a home made pizza or vegetable dish.

  4. My next recommendation is not for the faint of heart but in the winter and cold season you can take a teaspoon and eat it raw every day, it is great for supporting the immune system at this time of year.

  5. You can also use it as a dip for chips and Crackers.
